At Glynlea Country Club, a fall Saturday could start by sending a few balls toward the floating targets at the nation’s first Aquatic Toptracer Driving Range. Or with 18 holes on the championship course. Maybe pickleball wins the morning.
Then there is the rest of the Treasure Coast to explore. For homebuyers spending time in Port St. Lucie this fall, the seasonal calendar offers a chance to experience more of the place they may soon call home.
Tour Glynlea’s model homes, experience the course and explore the community, then make a day or weekend of the festivals, markets, outdoor destinations and waterfront experiences throughout Port St. Lucie and the surrounding Treasure Coast.

Spend an Evening Along the St. Lucie River
Fall evenings are a good time to head to the North Fork of the St. Lucie River. River Nights returns November 12 at The Port District, bringing live music and food trucks to the waterfront. Another edition follows on December 10, and the series continues monthly through April.
It is an easy outing to turn into an afternoon and evening. Go early and explore more of The Port District. The riverfront includes a 4,300-foot boardwalk, while nearby The Preserve encompasses 13 acres with trails, overlooks and canoe and kayak access. Walk along the river and stay for music and something to eat as River Nights gets underway. For prospective residents, it is a side of Port St. Lucie worth experiencing firsthand.
Bring the Family to Fall Fun Fest
Halloween weekend brings one of Port St. Lucie’s larger seasonal celebrations, Fall Fun Fest. Running October 30 through November 1 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, this family-friendly event brings together carnival rides, live music, food vendors and trick-or-treating on the Street of Treats.
Experience International Fest
Later in November, the calendar adds a little more flavor with International Fest. The free community event takes place November 21 at the MIDFLORIDA Event Center, with food, entertainment, cultural exhibits and vendors.

Head to Fort Pierce on Saturday Morning
Head a bit north, and the Downtown Fort Pierce Farmers Market makes an easy addition to a morning or weekend out. Start your Saturday morning at Marina Square to explore handmade crafts, fresh produce and local flavors. Afterward, stroll the downtown waterfront along the Indian River Lagoon, or venture out to the Atlantic beaches and Fort Pierce Inlet State Park.
Beyond the Fall Calendar
A busy fall calendar is a good excuse to see the area the way you would if you lived here: Spend some time in Tradition or St. Lucie West for shopping and dining or plan a day on the Intracoastal Waterway. For a night out, catch a show at the Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce, Lyric Theatre in Stuart or Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach.
It will not all fit into one visit—and once Glynlea is home, it does not have to.

Make Glynlea Part of Your Fall Visit
If you are planning time in Port St. Lucie this fall, give yourself enough time to experience both Glynlea and the area around it.
Six designer-decorated model homes are currently open, including three from Lennar, two from Perry Homes and one from Dream Finders Homes. The builders offer new single-family and twin homes, with golf, lake and preserve views on select homesites.
The championship golf course is currently open for public play, so a round can be part of your visit. Glynlea is also home to the nation’s first Aquatic Toptracer Driving Range, a Golf Shop, Tee Box Grille, four pickleball courts and one tennis court.
Together, those experiences can give you a sense of what a weekend, and life, on the Treasure Coast could look like. Plan your visit, explore available homes and learn more at GlynleaCountryClub.com.
