Perry Homes has entered the Southeast Florida community within a new championship golf course community, Glynlea Country Club, in Port St. Lucie.

The home builder—No. 22 on the 2025 Builder 100 list— has opened two new model homes in Glynlea, which surrounds a golf course designed by 17-time PGA Tour Champion Jim Furyk.
